How do I complain about IU Health billing? ›

If you believe you've been wrongly billed, you may contact the Indiana Department of Insurance at in.gov/idoi/consumer-services or 317.232. 8582.

If you are unable to have an in-person office visit, you may call My IU Health Patient Portal Support at 317.963. 1661 for assistance.

Call the Service Desk at 317.962. 2828 if you need additional assistance.

Dennis Murphy is president and chief executive officer for IU Health. He joined the health system in 2013 as chief operating officer. He came from Northwestern Memorial HealthCare in Chicago, where he served as COO and executive vice president.

In January 2011, Clarian Health adopted the new name of Indiana University Health. The new brand did not change the corporate structure.
